Aluyah Imoisili is a seasoned commercial litigator who represents Fortune 500 companies, large financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance and reinsurance companies, and executives in high-profile, bet-the-company litigation and arbitration throughout the United States. His successes include securing a unanimous $40 million nine-member jury verdict in a federal court case involving breach of a stock purchase agreement. The verdict was recognized by the Daily Journal as one of the top plaintiff verdicts of 2007.

He has deep experience in a broad range of industries, including financial services, insurance, real estate, hospitality, telecommunications, and renewable energy. He also provides insurance coverage advice and litigation guidance to corporate clients engaged in multifaceted financings, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, and out-of-court restructurings. Mr. Imoisili was recognized as a Los Angeles Super Lawyer ?Rising Star? in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Prior to joining Greenberg Gross, Mr. Imoisili spent a decade with Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he was a member of the firm?s Litigation & Arbitration practice group.

Represent Space Exploration Technologies Corporation (SpaceX) employees in trade secrets misappropriation litigation against Broadcom Corporation.

Represent large property and casualty insurance company in jury trial, appeal, and post-appeal litigation resulting from contract dispute over stock purchase of California-based casualty insurance carrier.

Represented wholesale mobile satellite communication services provider, as debtor-in possession, in contentious Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, involving extensive litigation, that culminated in confirmation of a plan of reorganization resolving over $4 billion in claims.

Represented global financial institution in connection with U.S. Department of Justice investigation regarding renewable energy tax credits.
Represented international property and casualty reinsurer in successful arbitration proceedings that rescinded, in part, reinsurance agreement covering portfolio of habitational property and casualty insurance policies.

Represented lenders in connection in consummating complex restructuring and acquisition of national staffing company.
