Lesley Horton Campbell is the Associate General Counsel for Global Real Estate & Store Development at Tiffany & Co. In this role, Lesley advises all executive officers, both domestic and international, in connection with all real estate legal matters, including corporate offices, distribution and manufacturing facilities, and over 300 retail stores worldwide with annual sales in excess of $4 billion. Prior to joining Tiffany & Co., Lesley was the Assistant General Counsel at L&M Development Partners Inc., a real estate development company responsible for over $2 billion of development and construction, including over 8,000 units of affordable and market rate housing in the tri-state area. Lesley was also previously an Associate in the real estate department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and while there she was awarded the Empire State Counsel award by the New York State Bar Association for her commitment to providing pro bono legal services.
Lesley actively works in her community to provide housing for underserved populations by serving on the Board of Directors of Weston United Community Renewal, a Harlem based non-profit which provides housing for the homeless and mentally ill and by serving on the Board of Directors of the New York Foundation for Senior Citizens, a NYC non-profit which provides housing for seniors. She has previously served on the New York City Bar Association’s Housing and Urban Development Committee and is currently Chair of the Real Property Law Committee. In 2011, Lesley was appointed to be a Commissioner on the New York City Lobbying Commission, as a joint appointee of the City Council and Mayor Bloomberg. In that role, Lesley was tasked with evaluating the city's lobbying laws and rendering administrative and legislative recommendations to the Mayor and City Council.
In addition to her professional and volunteer work in the areas of commercial real estate and housing, Lesley is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and a member of the Greater New York Chapter of The Links, Incorporated wherein she serves as Corresponding Secretary.
In 2011, Lesley was selected by the Apex Society as one of the Power 30 Under 30 for New York City, and in 2013, she was selected by The Network Journal as one of its 40 Under Forty nationwide. While originally from Raleigh, NC, Lesley currently resides in Harlem, NY. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from New York University School of Law.
